How do I know if a game has been rained out?
For the most part, every attempt is made to play a game. If a game is postponed due to rain, that information is posted on the Beavers website. A game is rarely rained out prior to the scheduled start, however.

Does PGE Park offer vegetarian food items?
Yes. PGE Park offers a variety of food items each season.

Can I bring my water bottle into the stadium? Spray bottle?
Sealed or empty water bottles only are allowed at PGE Park. Empty spray bottles are okay.

Are umbrellas allowed?
The use of umbrellas is not allowed at PGE Park. Guests may bring them along, though, for the walk back to their cars.

What time do gates open?
Typically, gates open one hour before each Beavers game. 

How do I purchase Club Seats?
Club Seats are not sold on a per-game basis. They are available as part of season ticket plans by calling (503) 553-5555.

Is it okay to park my car on the street, in the Fred Meyer parking lot or in the Goose Hollow zone?
Two-hour parking is allowed in the Goose Hollow neighborhood. Parking is not allowed at Fred Meyer, while neighborhoods surrounding PGE Park offer parking by permit only. Fans are encouraged to take TriMet to PGE Park events. Fans that drive to the stadium are encouraged to park in one of the many parking structures in downtown Portland.

Can I re-enter the stadium after leaving?
For almost all events at PGE Park, including Beavers games, re-entry is not allowed.

Can I exchange my ticket for another game if I can't come today?
Unused tickets purchased as part of a full- or partial-season ticket plan may be exchanged for comparable tickets to a future game.
 
Is admission half price if the game is half over?
No.

Do you take Visa?
All major credit cards are accepted at PGE Park.

I want to bring in a birthday cake and balloons for my child's birthday. Is this ok?
Birthday cakes are allowed if you call ahead of time to make arrangements. Helium balloons are only allowed in the suites. Call (503) 553-5400 for more information. 

Are strollers allowed at PGE Park?
Yes. They may not obstruct aisles, though.

How can I sing the national anthem at a game?
National anthem auditions are held once a year in early March. Anyone interested in performing the national anthem should check the website for more information regarding tryouts for the Beavers or phone (503) 553-5402 for details.

How can I get a special announcement (birthday, anniversary, etc.) announced at a game?
The Beavers can help you celebrate a birthday, anniversary or special occasion by displaying your announcement on our matrix boards during the game. Announcements are displayed in the middle of the third inning. This service is $20, with proceeds going to a children’s charity. For more information about birthday, anniversary or other messages, please call (503) 553-5402. Messages must be received at least 24 hours prior to the game.

How are children selected to run on the field with the players before the national anthem?
Youth baseball and softball teams get a chance to the take the field and stand next to a player during the national anthem. Anyone interested in signing up their team to be Baseball Buddies should contact Ashley Bedford at (503) 553-5429. Space is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

How can I receive a promotional giveaway item?
The Beavers have several promotional giveaways lined up for this upcoming season. For a list of upcoming promotions, please refer to the promotional schedule on the website. The number of promotional items given is restricted based on the event (e.g., first 2,000 fans or first 2,000 fans 14 years and younger). Please remember that a ticket does not ensure or entitle the holder to a promotional item on that date and that only one item will be given to each eligible fan. Giveaway dates are subject to change without notice. The best way to ensure a giveaway item that you are eligible for is to arrive early. 

Is the Beavers mascot, Boomer, available during the games and/or for outside appearances?
