San Diego Padres National League MLB San Diego, California
The San Diego Padres won back-to-back National League West titles in 2005 and 2006 and have produced a number of top prospects over the years through their minor league system. The Padres moved into a new, state-of-the-art stadium in 2004, PETCO Park, and have built a consistenty competitive team with a number of former Portland Beavers making considerable contributions since the teams began their affiliation in 2001.

Portland Beavers Pacific Coast League Triple-A Portland, Oregon
The Portland Beavers have been the Triple-A affiliate of the San Diego Padres since 2001. The Beavers are the highest of the Padres' six minor league affiliates. As such, the team has produced some of the organization's top players in recent years, including Khalil Greene and Josh Barfield.

The San Antonio Missions became the Class AA affiliate of the Padres prior to the 2007 season after a previous six-year affiliation with the Seattle Mariners. The Missions play at Nelson W. Wolff Municipal Stadium, a 6,200-seat facility in San Antonio.

The Fort Wayne Wizards have been a Class A affiliate of the Padres since 1999 and play in the 14-team Midwest League. The Wizards play at Philip B. Elfstrom Stadium, a 7,400-seat facitlity.

Eugene Emeralds Northwest League Class A (Short-Season) Eugene, Oregon
The Eugene Emeralds have been the Padres' Class A short-season affiliate of the Padres since 2001. The Emeralds, the Beavers' neighbor located just two hours south of Portland, play at historic Civic Stadium in a quaint Eugene neighborhood. The wooden stadium was constructed as part of a WPA project in 1938 and is one of the oldest ballparks in professional baseball. www.go-ems.com
